Marketing Copywriter
A successful Suffolk software company are seeking a talented individual to take up the position of Copywriter within a lively marketing department of nine people. The company do not use outside agencies, preferring instead to create, design and write their own materials.
You will be writing copy for the full range of marketing activity; direct campaigns, brochures, press releases, magazine articles, web copy, and exhibition literature, to name a few.
As well as your proven ability to write succinct, accurate copy, you will also have the drive and desire to contribute to team objectives. You must be well-organised, able to work in a team environment, and a pragmatist whose main focus is on getting things done.
The company operate in a complex business to business market, where the right targeting of campaign activity can make all the difference to their success. They continually hone the accuracy of their targeting, and you will play a key role in this evolution.
Key objectives for this role:
Provide copy for direct campaigns, marketing literature, press releases, magazine articles, web sites and exhibition collateral.
Continually sharpen the company`s campaign copy and collateral as they evolve their industry-specific focus.
Play a lead role in the creative work of the team.
